How easy is it to install CART BUDDY?
It couldn’t be easier. On most model carts they can be installed in less than a minute with our secure fastening system. We include simple instructions and helpful tips with your order. For additional information, please go to our Installation Demo on our website.
What colors is CART BUDDY available in?
CART BUDDY is available in all of the standard colors offered by the (OEM’s) Original Equipment Manufacturers.
Are Custom colors available?
CART BUDDY is available in all of the standard colors offered by the (OEM’s) Original Equipment Manufacturers.
Can CART BUDDY be customized with Sports Team or Company LOGO’s?
Yes, just give us a call and we will work with you to get exactly what you want. There are 1000’s of colors, textures and finishes, so if you want a perfect match we request that you send us a small sample of the material you want us to match.
Where is CART BUDDY manufactured?
CART BUDDY is made in the USA at our facility in Ft. Worth, TX.
Where can I purchase CART BUDDY?
CART BUDDY is available online or through qualified Golf Cart Dealers. If you are a cart owner, call us at (800) 275 -1847 and we will be happy to refer you to the Dealer nearest you.

Ordering, Shipping & Warranty
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12 noon are typically shipped the same day Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders take 2-3 business days to receive with our FREE SHIPPING.
Do you have next day delivery or expedited shipping?
Currently, we do not, but this is an option that we plan to add in the near future.
Will I receive tracking for my shipped order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with the tracking number.
Can I find my tracking information on the web?
Yes, with your tracking number you will receive the web address for tracking.
Do you offer COD?
No, we do not offer COD, but this is an option we may consider adding in the future.
Is the product pictured the same product I'll receive?
On our website, there is product pictured that was done with 3D imagery and also actual photos of CART BUDDY on Golf Carts. The product you receive is the same as the product featured and we guarantee 100% satisfaction with your product or you can return it for a full refund.
Do you guarantee the quality of your products?
Yes, we guarantee 100% satisfaction or you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your CART BUDDY for any reason, you can return it within 30 days. We do require that you pay the return shipping costs.
What is the warranty on CART BUDDY?
Cart Buddy is guaranteed against any manufacturer defects and normal wear and tear for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any damage caused by unusual wear and tear from accidents or abuse is not covered. Under normal conditions you should expect your CART BUDDY to last and perform well for many years.
I do not see my Cart Model; do you make it?
There are some makes and models of CART BUDDY that are not pictured. If you do not see your model, please contact us. If you we do not currently make it, we might consider adding it to our product line.
